Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 Base Salary + Growth Opportunities

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities within an assigned territory
• Build and maintain relationships with business owners, property managers, and decision-makers
• Conduct consultative sales presentations and recommend customized solutions
• Manage the sales cycle from prospecting through closing
• Develop territory growth plans and execute strategic sales initiatives
• Partner with internal support teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
• Travel locally throughout the assigned territory as needed (approximately 50%) [

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 0 to 3 years of outside sales experience
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to meet goals and work independently
• Consultative selling and negotiation experience preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Willingness to travel throughout the local territory Austin
